The town of Vasco de Gama, 50km south of Evora, is also known for her bread and her wine. Its tradition go on since the roman times, called “vinho de talha”, that means “Clay Wine” because it is storaged in big clay pots. The tour includes the roman ruins of São Cucufate, a visit of a cave and a clay wine degustation. It also can be coupled with a lunch, other workshop of bread cooking, or other wine degustations.
